We work on a transparent, stage-by-stage fee structure. Rather than asking for a single large payment up front, we break the work into clearly defined stages and quote each one in writing before it begins. You only pay for work as it is carried out, and you decide whether to continue at each stage.
Why we use stage payments
Stage payments are there to protect you. You are never asked to pay in advance for work that has not been done, every payment is tied to a specific deliverable, and you stay in control of how far your matter progresses. If you decide not to continue after a stage, you simply do not instruct the next one.
Our three stages
Initial Administrative Assessment
A full review of your matter and client brief, and preparation of your initial administrative file. Payable on engagement.
Document Preparation & Consultancy Fee
Preparation of all formal documentation and written correspondence, with any associated administrative consultancy. Payable on completion of drafting.
Administrative Pack Completion Fee
Finalisation and delivery of the complete administrative pack, including all supporting documentation. Payable on completion of the work.

How your fee is quoted
Because every matter is different, we do not publish fixed prices. After your free initial review we provide a written quote for the relevant stage, based on the nature and complexity of your matter. There are no hidden costs, and the quote is agreed with you before any work begins.
Your cancellation rights
