We review the details of your matter at no cost. We look at what has happened, assess whether we can realistically help, and confirm which service is right for you. There is no charge and no obligation at this stage.
Welcome Call
If you decide to go ahead, a dedicated member of our team calls you to introduce the process properly, answer your questions, confirm your instruction, and explain exactly what we will need from you.
Collect Documents
We gather all the relevant paperwork from you, such as agreements, previous correspondence, and statements. You can send everything securely by email at a time that suits you.
Summary of Events Call
We talk through the full timeline of your matter together, step by step, so every relevant detail is captured accurately before any drafting begins. This is what makes the finished letter precise and effective.
Letter Drafted
Our team prepares your formal correspondence, drawing on the documents and information gathered in the earlier stages, written to be clear, professional, and purposeful.
Client Review
We share the draft with you to read in full. You check that everything is accurate, ask for any changes, and approve the wording. Nothing is finalised until you are happy with it.
Final File Review
Before anything is submitted, our team carries out a final internal check of the complete file, including all documents and supporting materials, so nothing is missed.
Formal Submission
The completed correspondence and administrative pack are submitted on your behalf, and you receive a full copy for your own records.
What we need from you
To prepare strong correspondence we usually need a copy of the relevant agreement or contract, any letters or emails already exchanged, and a short summary of what happened and the outcome you are seeking. We confirm exactly what is needed during your welcome call, and everything can be sent securely by email.
How long it takes
Once we have your full brief and supporting documents, initial letters are typically prepared within 30 days. More complex matters can take longer, and we will always give you a realistic timescale before you commit to a stage.
