These Terms of Use govern your use of this website (www.oxthorpebarwell.co.uk) and, together with your individual service agreement and written fee quote, the services provided by Oxthorpe Barwell, registered office at 123 Stratford Road, Shirley, Solihull, B90 3ND (Companies House number: 15922586).
Oxthorpe Barwell is a document preparation and administration service. We are not a law firm, we do not provide legal advice, and we are not a claims management company.
We provide letter writing and document administration services, including but not limited to those listed on our Services page: Letter Writing, Document Preparation, Document Templating Services, Clerical and Administrative Services and Mediation. A clear description of each service and its scope is set out on that page.
All fees are quoted individually, in writing, in pounds sterling (GBP £), before any stage of work is confirmed. No stage is charged in advance of your written agreement to that fee. Full details are set out on our Pricing page. We accept payment by Visa and MasterCard.
You have the right to cancel your instruction within 14 days of signing your service agreement. Full terms are set out in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
We do not supply or ship physical goods. All correspondence and documents we prepare are delivered digitally by email, with a printed copy sent by post where a matter requires it.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information relevant to your matter, and to review and approve draft correspondence before it is issued on your behalf.
We prepare documents based on the information and instructions you provide. We are not responsible for the outcome of any dispute, claim or negotiation, and we do not guarantee any particular result. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under English law.
All content on this website, other than documents prepared specifically for you, remains the property of Oxthorpe Barwell and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
This website and any forms on it are provided for the purpose of enquiring about, and instructing, our services. Every page that collects personal information is served over a secure HTTPS/SSL connection.
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
