We are a document administration and letter writing service. We are not a law firm, we do not provide legal advice, and we are not a claims management company.

Our clients come to us when they need formal correspondence prepared properly: a dispute that needs setting out clearly, a contract that needs the right notice, or a complaint that needs to be put on record in plain, precise English. We handle the research, the drafting, the internal review and the delivery, so you don't have to.

How We Work

• Every matter starts with a free, no-obligation initial assessment.
• Fees are quoted individually, in writing, in pounds sterling (GBP £), before any stage begins.
• Every letter is reviewed internally before it is sent.
• You receive a copy of all correspondence and a dedicated case reference.
• All documents are delivered digitally by email, with printed copies sent by post where required — we do not ship any physical goods.

Our registered office is at 123 Stratford Road, Shirley, Solihull, B90 3ND. We work with clients across the whole of the UK, and all of our services are delivered remotely by phone, email and post.
