Fees quoted individually, in GBP (£): Our fees are tailored to the nature and complexity of each matter. A written fee quote in pounds sterling is provided before any stage is confirmed. You are never charged in advance for work not yet carried out, and you will not progress to a subsequent stage without your prior written agreement.
How this differs from a claims management company: claims companies typically charge a percentage of any award, often between 15% and 36% plus VAT. We do not take a percentage. You pay a quoted fee (in GBP) for the documents prepared, whatever the outcome, and you keep the whole of any refund, compensation or write-off. The Financial Ombudsman Service and the small claims process are free to use, and we will tell you if we think you can manage without us.

A full review of your matter, client brief, and preparation of your initial administrative file. Payable upon engagement, quoted in GBP (£) in advance.

Stage 2
Document Preparation & Consultancy Fee
Preparation of all formal documentation and written correspondence, together with any associated administrative consultancy. Payable upon completion of document drafting, quoted in GBP (£) in advance.
On completion
Stage 3
Administrative Pack Completion Fee
Finalisation and delivery of the complete administrative pack, including all supporting documentation. Payable upon completion of all associated administrative work, quoted in GBP (£) in advance.
