Cancellation Policy

Clients have the right to cancel their service agreement within 14 days from the date the agreement is signed. This cancellation period applies to all new service contracts unless otherwise stated in writing.

How to Cancel

  • Cancellation must be made in writing.

  • You may cancel by sending either:

    • an email to: info@oxthorpebarwell.co.uk

    • or a letter to: Oxthorpe Barwell, 123 Stratford Road, Shirley, Solihull, B90 3ND

Please include your full name, contact details, and the date the agreement was signed so we can process your request efficiently.

Confirmation of Cancellation

Once your written cancellation request has been received, we will send you a written confirmation acknowledging that the agreement has been cancelled. This confirmation will be sent via the same method you used to contact us (email or post), unless otherwise requested.

Effect of Cancellation

Any obligations under the agreement will cease once cancellation is confirmed. If any payments have been made, any refunds due will be processed in accordance with the terms of the service agreement and applicable consumer protection laws.
